Neurological Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Inner South East Melbourne. As a Neurological Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists to provide high-quality care to clients with a range of neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans in the clinic, home, and community settings
- Treat a broad range of neurological conditions, including SCI, neuromuscular disorders, ABI, and other neurological presentations
- Provide goal-oriented intervention through exercise prescription, wheelchair skills training, community integration, and return to sport and recreation
- Deliver group exercise classes and work alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team
About You
We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist with:
- Current ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist registration
- 1-2 years of experience with some exposure to neuro caseload
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience working with funding bodies such as TAC and NDIS (desirable)
- A passion for high-quality service delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Drivers licence and vehicle
- Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
