Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a passionate and committed team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level or senior management experience in a retail environment. You will be passionate about creating amazing customer experiences, solving their eyecare and eyewear needs, and delivering outstanding outcomes for both them and the store.

You will be required to effectively manage your time and all operational requirements of the store without compromising the customer experience. Additionally, you will need to build a strong partnership with the store Optometrist and work collaboratively to identify opportunities for growing the store via both the clinic and retail spaces.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level or senior management experience in a retail environment
