Lead Digital Marketing Strategy

The role involves leading the development and execution of a digital strategy to drive engagement across all digital touchpoints. This includes owning the overall digital & social strategy, monitoring trends and audience insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive messaging.

A key aspect of the job is to stay future-focused, monitoring trends and innovations within the digital marketing realm. The successful candidate will be able to bring relevant insights and best practices to the business and analyze performance metrics to optimize for growth and ROI.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Lead Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for executing powerful digital initiatives and programs, including campaigns leveraging digital media, eCRM, advocacy, and SEO/SEM strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital strategy to drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Own the overall digital & social strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to develop digital components of marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize digital initiatives for growth and ROI.
  • Execute digital campaigns and programs to drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Experience:
  • A proven track record in strategic planning and implementation of digital and social marketing.
  • Experience with digital media basics, including planning, buying, and integration.
  • Knowledge of best practice digital marketing tools and services.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high-performing culture and dynamic environment.
  • Well-versed in the trends and innovations within the digital marketing realm.
  • Adept at managing key online metrics to evaluate and track campaigns and activity.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.
