This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to ensure the seamless delivery of school support services, aligning resources and operations with school and university objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake resource impact analysis for curriculum initiatives and associated implementation plans
  • Provide strategic advice to inform assessment of global partnerships and industry collaborations
  • Develop a cycle of reporting and review of school strategic execution plans, including staff engagement and mental health and wellbeing plan implementation
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in strategic business planning, financial management, and resource allocation within a complex organization
  • Proven ability to provide high-level strategic advice, resolve operational issues, and lead large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality client services and building a collaborative work environment
