In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end product development from research to manufacture, including researching and engaging in emerging digital technology and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop products that meet the needs of users, combining technical expertise with creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Communicate complex ideas through visualizations and prototypes, effectively engaging stakeholders and conveying design intent.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to drive project outcomes and ensure successful delivery of products.

Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in creating user insights and translating them into product requirements and concepts.
  • Expert ability in producing designs that are sophisticated and well-thought-out in function, form, and visualisations.
  • Highly advanced visual communication skills for communicating concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Proven product development skills and experience from concept to delivery.
  • Ability to communicate design approach from requirements through to execution.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply a wide range of prototyping techniques and technologies.
  • Proven ability to apply project management techniques and principles.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience designing dynamic and static systems integrating mechanical, electronic, and software elements.
  • Collaboration experience within a multi-disciplinary R&D environment.
  • Understanding of designing for manufacturing processes and complexities associated with integrating electronic components and sub-systems.
  • New product development under design controls as specified by a Quality Management System.
