About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team on the Sydney Metro West – Western Tunnelling Package project in Parramatta. As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, working closely with our design team, contractors, and clients to coordinate and plan construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate all necessary documents, including method statements, drawings, approvals, and permits, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend regular progress meetings and prepare minutes to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and coordinate work resources to ensure timely progress and meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor and report on daily progress, productivity, and costs to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate regular quality inspections with the client to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
About You
  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • You have experience working on metro projects and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
