Requirements:

- Hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Engineering, or equivalent field, coupled with demonstrated experience in engineering consulting within the building services sector.
- Exhibit adeptness in applying Australian building codes and standards, with familiarity in ACT projects and clients being advantageous.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet challenging deadlines.
- Bring comprehensive knowledge of diverse building sectors such as commercial, health, defence, and education, along with Professional Engineer qualifications and/or Engineers Australia chartership.
- Possess a nuanced understanding of project finance and commercial aspects.
