The Remedial and Facades team is seeking a Waterproofing Consultant to join their established group.
This newly created opportunity provides the chance to apply experience across various projects.
Supported by industry leaders, this role will help develop and progress your career.

The position involves providing technical expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work.
Supporting litigation efforts through expert witness evidence and reporting provide critical evaluation of building envelope performance.
Expert input is required as to design and construction of building envelopes, with an emphasis on waterproofing systems.

Design assistance services related to waterproofing include input as to the appropriate use and selection of materials and details.
Investigations of existing failing waterproofing and roofing are conducted.
Reviews and input are provided as to development of waterproofing details and specifications.

Expert review of waterproofing project submittal and RFI documents is also required.
Inspection and supervision of work in progress related to the waterproofing systems is necessary.

Attending project meetings, including leading meetings or portions of meetings related to waterproofing, is important.
Managing repair and re-construction projects for residential, commercial and government buildings requires utilizing your network of strata managers, asset owners, lawyers and insurance adjusters in the local area.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years post graduate experience
  • Technical degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or closely related discipline
  • Expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems
