The Position Overview">
  • This is a full-time position
  • Salary: $73,150 - $85,000
  • Location: Kapooka, NSW

Responsibilities include preparing high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events. We uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and focus on waste reduction. In addition, we manage inventory, receive supplies, monitor cold room controls, and provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Licence and transport to access site
  • Proven experience in large commercial kitchens
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety
  • Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail
