  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced midwifery assessment, diagnosis, and care to pregnant individuals and families within the scope of practice as an Endorsed Midwife.
  • Utilize human, financial, and material resources effectively for the Midwifery Group Practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated advanced clinical experience, knowledge, and leadership in midwifery care across the continuum.
  • Well-developed clinical problem-solving skills, including conceptual and analytical ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislative and health regulating Acts, including legislative obligations.
  • Experience in quality improvement, its practical application in meeting patient needs, and its relationship to strategic development.
