We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Executive to join our team at Zenith USA. As an Investment Executive, you will be responsible for providing media buying activities across all mediums, including TV, radio, and OOH. You will work closely with our clients to deliver accurate reporting and buying services, ensuring that their campaigns are optimized and successful.

• Assist in the implementation of campaigns across offline channels, including TV, radio, and OOH.
• Ensure that campaigns are tracked and optimized, and media post-analysis is completed weekly.
• Deliver timely and insightful final buys, highlighting buying deliveries, added value, and any issues that may impact campaign delivery.
• Lead the delivery of daily holdings checking, material management, POPs, and other related tasks.
• Be responsible for accurate buying and execution of campaign objectives and buying strategy.
• Build effective relationships with creative agency partners and media vendors.
• Provide clients with the latest market intelligence relevant to their business on a regular basis.
• Run all weekly tracking reports across all active media channels.
• Ensure that TV post is matched correctly, and spots are flagged correctly.
• Assist in the negotiation of make goods, compensation, and shortfalls across all media channels.

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in media buying/activations roles within the industry, working on offline channels (TV, radio, OOH).
• Desire to learn and grow your knowledge in the offline space.
• Competent in various investment processes, tools, and buying fundamentals.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and working with client media contracts.
• Advantageous if you can demonstrate competency in relevant systems, including BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office, and Nielsen Answers.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.
• Prioritizes and manages tasks/time efficiently.
