About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate volunteer to support our Aged & Community Care team in various administrative tasks. As an admin volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver essential programs to older and vulnerable Australians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the operational team with the delivery of our programs, including Telecross, Telechat, Visiting Volunteers, Meal Delivery, Transport, and Social Support.
- Provide excellent customer service and administrative support to our team.
- Relate to and empathise with a broad range of people, including those with different lived experiences, abilities, and cultures.
- Use computers and learn various systems as required.
Requirements
- Good customer service and administrative skills.
- Ability to relate to and empathise with a broad range of people.
- Comfortable using computers and learning various systems.
- Willingness to complete a National Criminal Check.
