Supervisor of Technical Operations

Sikorsky Australia is a dynamic and growing organisation offering stimulating work at the forefront of technology. Our company provides expertise in maintenance servicing solutions, repair and overhaul of aircraft as well as a full range of end-to-end supply chain services.

About the Role

You will be responsible for complex level tasking which may require independent decision making. Your duties include:

  • Managing calibration processes and ensuring accuracy of test equipment
  • Overseeing vehicle management and maintenance programs
  • Promoting continuous improvement within the section
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes
  • Maintaining section audits and implementing corrective actions
  • Cordinating customer account relationships
  • Scheduling and supervising the Technical Admin section
Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Leadership experience with proven results
  • Effective coordination and communication skills
  • Substantial experience in coordinating assets in the aviation industry with a focus on operational availability
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance and contractor activities in support of aviation
  • Knowledge of tools, tool control and calibration processes and procedures
  • A certification in Electrical Test & Tag

Eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance is required.
