We are seeking an Incident Management Coordinator to join our team at Specialist Protection Group. As an Incident Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of security incidents and emergencies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring CCTV systems for threats across multiple sites.
  • Managing access control systems and responding to alarm activations and system faults.
  • Responding to communication systems such as phone, email, and radio (clients and internal).
  • Coordinating the dispatch of our Field Operations team during incidents, alarms activations, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Control Room/Alarm Monitoring centre.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including accuracy in information relay.
  • Adaptable, flexible, well-organized, and strong attention to detail.
  • A NSW Security Licence (at least Class 1E Monitoring Centre Operator).
