**Case Management Specialist Role Summary**: We are seeking 2 experienced professionals to join our team as Case Management Specialists. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and support to employees facing career transition or those recently exited from the NSW Police Force.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Workforce Safety Command, a single most significant investment in the health, safety, and wellbeing of the NSW Police workforce. Located in the centre of Sydney, only a short walk from Central or Museum train stations and the vibrant Surry Hills precinct, the successful applicant will work closely with external stakeholders to drive outcomes in injury management, workers compensation, and income protection processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in relation to injury management, workers compensation, and/or income protection processes. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with external stakeholders to ensure optimum service levels are met while focusing on improved health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality advice and support to employees facing career transition or those recently exited from the NSW Police Force.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders to drive outcomes in injury management, workers compensation, and income protection processes.
  • Engage with injured officers and commands to provide high-quality advice and support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in relation to injury management, workers compensation, and/or income protection processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with external stakeholders to ensure optimum service levels are met.
