About this Role

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Railway Resurfacing Technician to join our team.

This exciting opportunity involves working alongside a Rail Road Vehicle (RRV), a combination of rail milling and grinding machines, which will be resurfacing and repairing rail lines throughout Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the RRV to efficiently mill and grind rail lines
  • Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on site
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current RIW ticket
  • Previous experience working in the rail industry
  • An HR licence is highly desirable
  • A dogman ticket is also highly desirable
Working Conditions

You will work in a dynamic outdoor environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The role demands a high level of physical fitness and stamina.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This remuneration package reflects the skills and qualifications required for this challenging role.
