We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Lifestyle Services Officer.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering and monitoring group and individual recreational activities that promote social interaction, physical well-being and mental stimulation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lifestyle programs that cater to the changing needs of residents
  • Coordinate activities and therapies with the Lifestyle Coordinator
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities and therapies according to Aged Care legislation requirements
  • Foster community engagement opportunities
About You:
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Leisure & Lifestyle/Divisional Therapy (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in an Aged Care environment
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication style and ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
