Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will design and implement efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions in C#/DotNet.

Your expertise will involve debugging and enhancing Unity integration with the server, as well as working with hosting/infrastructure experts to develop and maintain solutions for deploying and updating the solution on AWS cloud deployment.

You will also work with PHP experts to develop API and reporting solutions to support the multiplayer servers. A deep understanding of multiplayer concepts, concurrency, locking, queues, and race conditions is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with C#/DotNet in a relevant multiplayer project, as well as an understanding of supporting technologies such as socket connections (TCP and UDP), data compression, encryption, etc.

Experience working in a gaming environment, preferably with Unity development, is also required. Additionally, knowledge of cloud hosting and deployment, preferably AWS, is necessary.

A strong understanding of source control (preferable GIT) and JIRA is also required. Knowledge of mySQL, memcached, and redis is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions in C#/DotNet.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience working with C#/DotNet in a relevant multiplayer project.
  • Understanding of supporting technologies, such as socket connections (TCP and UDP), data compression, encryption, etc.
  • Experience working in a gaming environment, preferably with Unity development.
  • Experience with cloud hosting and deployment, preferably AWS.
