About the Role

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver qualified opportunities for progression into Stage 1 pipeline, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless account engagement plans, maximising coverage and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate tightly with regional Marketing teams on campaigns, providing valuable feedback and insights.
  • Generate High Value Activity daily, engaging with new prospects and following up on leads to convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Conduct relevant research to understand industry and business drivers, informing outbound plans and staying ahead of competitors.
  • Qualify accounts and leads, understanding pain points, compelling events, timelines, and decision-makers to tailor your approach.
  • Communicate at a professional level, engaging effectively with C-Suite executives and articulating the value of Workday's solutions.
  • Leverage available tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) to perform prospecting activities efficiently.
  • Maintain high Salesforce hygiene, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.
