About the Role:

The Gymnastics Shift Supervisor will oversee and communicate with children, parents, and coaches to ensure a high level of customer service. Key responsibilities include guiding high potential students and maintaining a positive work environment.


Our Ideal Candidate:

A natural leader with excellent communication skills is required for this role. The successful applicant will have experience working with children and possess strong attention to detail.

  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Demonstrated high-level attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable high-level customer service skills
  • Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
