Culinary Expert

As a culinary expert in our centre, you will have the opportunity to share your cooking skills and provide healthy meals for children.

This role is ideal for someone looking to work on a part-time basis and be part of a national network of cooks who regularly share recipes and ideas.

• Create healthy menus for children of all ages
• Develop and implement nutritional content of menus
• Experience in bulk meal preparation, inventory management and budget control
• Comply with relevant food safety and hygiene regulations and standards

• Capable and efficient cook
• Current Food Safety Certificate
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (desirable)
• Experience in an early childhood setting
