Job Title: Water Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team as a Water Infrastructure Project Manager. This role will be responsible for driving performance delivery of joint ventures' objectives and ensuring that safe, environmentally acceptable working methods and practices are implemented.

About the Role:
  • Promote total job safety and environmental awareness among employees, subcontractors, and all persons in the job vicinity.
  • Ensure that sufficient plant and equipment is made available, properly operated and maintained, to facilitate proper access and enable any operation to be carried out safely.
  • Organize and coordinate construction activities in accordance with construction schedules to complete the works on time.
  • Continual interaction and on-site contact with subordinate staff and weekly employees to ensure efficient and productive field activities.
  • Select subcontractors and suppliers based on their ability to meet specified requirements, including those for safety, quality, and environment.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Prior Tier 1 experience in a Construction Manager role within water infrastructure and civil projects.
  • Demonstrated experience combined with relative industry qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large complex projects.
  • A strong demonstrated history of managing others, including performance managing and relative union communication.
  • Experience in planning controls processes such as baselineing, version control, traceability of changes, using multiple calendars, and working times.
  • Exposure to Linear planning and associated communication tools like time chainage software.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
