Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Appian Specialist to lead the implementation of Appian-based solutions for our clients. This role combines technical expertise, strategic consulting, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered with excellence and align with our clients' business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Appian architecture, process modeling, integration, and design patterns, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and efficient Appian applications
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and roadmaps to maximize the value of Appian investments
  • Mentoring junior developers and consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Appian implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met to delight customers and deliver high-quality outcomes
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, business analytics, or consulting, including at least 2 years in a lead or client-facing role
  • Proven ability to work with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations effectively
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams in technical environments
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions
