Seeking a Tax Accountant for a High-Growth Company

Atlas Partners is collaborating with a rapidly expanding Australian company to find a skilled Tax Accountant to join their finance team in the eastern suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for tax to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reconciliations for the group and its associated entities
  • Coordinate the preparation of reports and financials for all group entities
  • Support the Accounting function by preparing tax calculations for inclusion in the group's accounting records
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the group, enabling the provision of advice to stakeholders on taxation queries
  • Assist in the preparation of activity statements
  • Liaise and manage relationships with taxation authorities as required
  • Manage all tax and associated matters for the group of entities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in an Accounting/Tax role dealing with corporate and family office affairs
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, such as Accounting, Business, or Commerce (CA or CPA qualified) preferred
  • Strong tax accounting and technical knowledge
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player
