Key Accountabilities
  • Design and build test equipment and tooling to meet production requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement new test strategies and equipment.
  • Transfer equipment to production sites and ensure its availability.
  • Support manufacturing, test, and quality issues globally.
  • Provide technical assistance to resolve equipment or process problems.
  • Enhance efficiency by improving test equipment, tooling, and supporting systems.
  • Test and debug PCBA's and electromechanical assemblies to support production needs.
  • Develop operating procedures as required.
  • Conduct equipment calibration and maintenance tasks.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and repair with external partners.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
