As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Northrop Grumman's Defence Division, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of security posture across all defence projects and programs.

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective information security strategies and policies

  • Leading the implementation of Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) requirements

  • Maintaining close working relationships with site Security Officers to support Governance and Assurance responsibilities

  • Providing expert advice on security matters to stakeholders and senior leaders

You will need:

  • A deep understanding of the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) requirements

  • Proven experience in managing complex security environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A strong ability to lead and manage teams

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Cert IV in Security Operations/Government Security/Security Risk Management (or equivalent)
