The RoleAs a sales professional at our Darwin branch, you will be responsible for providing customer support, developing relationships with customers, and contributing to the growth of the branch.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries face-to-face and via phone calls.
- Develop customer relationships through counter sales and follow-up activities.
- Evaluate orders accurately and manage stock effectively.
- Ensure store presentation is maintained professionally, including receiving and dispatching products.
- Pick, pack, and deliver orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Adequate experience in electrical wholesale and proven sales performance.
- Proficiency in using PCs and excellent attention to detail.
- Superior customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to ongoing improvement.
