Registered Nurse Casual Pool Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Casual Pool in Northern Sydney. As a Registered Nurse in our Casual Pool, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including acute hospitals, community health centers, and other healthcare facilities.
About the RoleThis is a casual nursing position that offers flexibility and variety. You will work on a casual basis, with a minimum of 2 shifts per month, and have the opportunity to work across multiple sites. Our Casual Pool is a great way to gain experience, develop your skills, and work with a diverse range of patients and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual patients and the healthcare team.
- Provide safe, evidence-based, person-centered nursing care in line with policies, procedures, and standards of the Ministry of Health and other statutory authorities.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality patient care outcomes.
- Demonstrated behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation: Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with a minimum of 12 months post-graduate clinical experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Evidence of recent experience in an acute hospital environment, including examples of clinical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
