Warehouse Voice Picking Specialist

We are currently seeking to recruit experienced voice pickers who can work effectively in a fast-paced distribution centre environment.

As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to join our team on a casual basis, working a range of shifts including days, afternoons and nights from Monday to Sunday.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch using voice picking, RF scanning and EPJ technology
  • Ensuring accurate stock picking and allocation of goods from designated warehouse areas
  • Conducting regular stock checks and replenishing pick faces as required
  • Performing general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean and safe working environment

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehousing or distribution environment (highly advantageous)
  • Proficiency in voice picking technology (highly regarded)
  • Able to meet and exceed set KPIs with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and develop existing skills with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
