Exciting opportunity for a customer-focused engineer to join Philips in NSW, working on multiple modalities including CT and MRI.

About the Role

Maintain and develop robust customer relationships, providing expert technical advice on maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical equipment (software & hardware) in line with company regulations and policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class service including technical support, corrective & preventative maintenance, repairs, commissioning & installation of equipment and software & hardware upgrades.
  • Actively participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of customer relationships.
  • Manage and support technical escalations through to resolution, ensuring all stakeholders are updated according to company process.
  • Determine cost-effective repair/solutions to minimize customer downtime.
About You

We seek an individual with previous experience in customer-facing service engineering, ideally within the medical equipment or Biomedical industry. A degree-level education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering is essential.
