Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced early childhood educator to join our centre and contribute to delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with national education standards and meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other educators to design and deliver professional development opportunities that enhance teaching practices.
  • Mentor and support new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Requirements

  • A nationally recognised early childhood teaching qualification or equivalent.
  • Current state-relevant Working with Children's Check and Child Protection Training.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds is highly desirable.
