About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Learning and Development Lead to join our Sales, Marketing and Global Services team in ANZ. This is a highly visible role that will lead the development and execution of comprehensive learning and development strategies for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own executive relationships with top AWS customers to drive their long-term learning and development agendas in partnership with AWS.
  • Work closely with the Account and Partner Teams to identify, plan, and deliver training and certification programs for AWS partner and customer audiences.
  • Collaborate across teams within AWS to establish local programs that deliver downstream impact for customers and AWS.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of managing and developing high-performance teams.
