About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our warehouse team at IPA Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards.
  • Stock Handling: Efficiently load and unload goods, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse.
  • Inventory Tracking: Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records to maintain accurate levels.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work environment to minimise hazards.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to facilitate movement and storage of goods.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current manual driver's license
  • Current and valid forklift ticket
  • Logical problem solving skills
  • Good organisation, presentation and customer service skills
  • Sound computer skills, preferably with prior ERP software experience
  • Previous manual handling experience required
