Job Title: 2nd VIII Rowing Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rowing Coach to join our team at St Kevin's College. As a 2nd VIII Rowing Coach, you will be responsible for assisting our competitive Rowing teams and contributing to the development of our students' rowing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Rowing programs for our competitive teams
  • Provide coaching and guidance to students of varying abilities
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to achieve team goals
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in Rowing coaching or as a member of a Rowing team
  • Level 1 NCAS - Rowing certification
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification
  • Completed or willing to complete Anaphylaxis Awareness training
  • Availability for before or after school training sessions and Saturday mornings

Desirable Qualifications:

  • VIT registration
  • Light Rigid Motor Vehicle Licence
