Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking self-starting Allied Health graduates to join our two-year graduate program at our office. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a supportive team working towards helping Australians achieve optimal health and wellbeing at work.

  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
  • Perform specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress towards return-to-work goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.
