About the RoleThe Corporate Support Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This includes:
- Providing reception services, meeting visitors and handling deliveries.
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate productive meetings.
- Offering administration support, such as taking meeting notes, booking travel and managing corporate expenses.
- Maintaining office supplies and performing other tasks as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
