About the Role

The Corporate Support Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This includes:

  • Providing reception services, meeting visitors and handling deliveries.
  • Booking meeting rooms and coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate productive meetings.
  • Offering administration support, such as taking meeting notes, booking travel and managing corporate expenses.
  • Maintaining office supplies and performing other tasks as required.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
