About the Role

This exciting career opportunity is for a Bakery Operations Manager to join our team in a highly competitive supermarket environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and lead a team of bakery staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales growth.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • To collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
