Pharmacy Leader

A unique chance has emerged for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team. This is a full-time role based at our United Chemists location.

As the pharmacist manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient running of the dispensary. You will meet all professional and ethical requirements of a pharmacist and be responsible for the optimum functioning of the pharmacy as a whole, within established guidelines.

We are seeking a hands-on manager with an enthusiastic attitude who can develop and inspire their team to meet the healthcare needs of every customer. Great communication skills are essential to deliver pharmacy services to the local community and empower patients to manage their health through health promotion and education.

Key qualifications include previous experience managing a busy dispensary, strong leadership and organisational skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail and ability to build relationships with patients and allied health professionals.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
• Current General Registration as a pharmacist
• Previous use of FRED dispensing system (preferred)
• The right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
