Job Title: Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team at Temperzone. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the highest quality workmanship for all service and repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated technicians and warranty agents, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of outstanding service.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to perform specialized warranty services on Temperzone and Hitachi products.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate service calls, assign technicians, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to support the growth and development of your team.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Qualifications: Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Certificate and Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Supervisors Licence (if applicable in your region).
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth technical knowledge and qualifications in HVAC and/or refrigeration disciplines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and diagnostic ability to ensure effective resolution of problems.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
