• Solution Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients on SAP Solution Manager strategy, focusing on system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Solution Architecture: Design and implement complex SAP Solution Manager landscapes, ensuring scalability and alignment with future business needs.
• Project Leadership: Oversee large-scale SAP Solution Manager projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Tech Innovation And Thought Leadership: Stay updated on SAP Solution Manager trends and promote continuous enhancement within the SAP environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree

REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with emphasis on SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Expert knowledge of SAP NetWeaver with a focus on SAP Solution Manager and related technologies.
• Proven proficiency in SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to approach challenges both tactically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Track record of leading and delivering complex SAP Solution Manager projects, ensuring client satisfaction and business value.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
