As a Winemaker, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic role within a winemaking team. This position involves shared responsibility for all day-to-day winemaking functions.

The effective management of the winemaking process stream and close coordination with other departments are key aspects of this role.

You will regularly benchmark products against industry competitors and support the assistant winemaker in driving the benchmark tasting program.

• Benchmarking Zilzie products against industry competitors
• Supporting the assistant winemaker in the benchmark tasting program
• Ensuring wines are within specification at all times
• Supporting NPD and winery sustainability programs

Key Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Oenology or related discipline and 3-5+ years of winemaking experience.

A strong understanding of Microsoft programs and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team are essential.

Candidates should also have intermediate to advanced computer skills, experience with EZY systems and viticultural knowledge.
