About the Role

C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Kedron center.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (issued within the last three months) or willingness to obtain these.
