Medical Receptionist Position

The Medical Receptionist role is a key position within our healthcare team, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the medical centre.

  • This includes managing patient flow, coordinating appointments and procedures, as well as providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will work closely with other staff members to achieve our goal of delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating patient appointments and scheduling
  2. Managing patient records and confidentiality
  3. Processing patient payments and invoicing insurance companies
  4. Communicating effectively with patients, doctors, and other stakeholders
  5. Supporting the day-to-day operations of the medical centre

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in a medical reception or administration role
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
