Building Strong Client Relationships

The Role entails providing support to Account Managers with client relationships and prudential management in food and agribusiness banking.
- Act as an additional formal point of contact for clients and client advisors.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversight of the journey from client request to settlement.
- Initiation of branch prudential management tasks.
- Conducting Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) risk analysis in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.
- Day-to-day operational tasks related to client accounts.
- Liaison with stakeholders.
About You:
- Interest in food and agribusiness, preferably with previous experience in a similar role.
- Client-focused attitude with effective team collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous banking experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Suitable for recent graduates with finance or agriculture background eager to learn and develop.
