State Operations Manager

**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to fill the role of State Operations Coordinator.
As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the team has all the resources and support required to deliver their value offering.
Key responsibilities include:
* Facilitating and executing all state-based operations
* Preparation and coordination of awards evenings and other state events
* Coordinate state marketing
* Maintaining brand management and standards
* Executive assistance to senior executives
* Liaise between internal and external clients and network
* Coordinate state office systems and procedures
* Basic account reconciliation and monitoring
Requirements:
* Previous experience in senior support roles or executive and personal assisting positions (desired but not essential)
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills
* Experience working with targets and deadlines
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Database management skills
* Ability to multitask, use initiative and work autonomously
* Professional communication skills
* A strong ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders
* Able to maintain confidentiality of information
* A high attention to detail
