Job Description

We are seeking a retail professional to join our team as a Seasonal Retail Consultant. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing sales, and maintaining stock levels.

  • Welcoming customers into our stores and through intentional interactions deepening the way our products are experienced
  • Processing sales and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers
  • Delivering an exceptional, inclusive customer experience

Requirements:

  • The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity, and sincerity
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
  • An interest to learn product knowledge
