Parts Interpreter Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing parts interpretation and sales support to valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales/parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees
  • Prepare and order parts
  • Presentation of exceptional merchandising standards
  • Inventory control/stock take

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail, or similar environment

- Maturity, positivity, and excellent work ethic

- Excellent customer service and professional presentation

- Intermediate MS Office skills and proficiency with parts interpretation software

- Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential
