Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. As a Research Analyst, you will work in a hybrid environment, with offices based in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research across a range of key events to inform marketing and investment decisions.
  • Manage projects through their full lifecycle, from questionnaire design to reporting, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver event evaluations and research reports that shape future business strategies.

Requirements:

  • A background in project management and research, ideally with experience in evaluation research.
  • Strong data analysis skills, using tools like SPSS, Q, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proven track record in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
