About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Ford technician to join our Macarthur Ford & Suzuki Service Team in Narellan. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general servicing and maintenance of vehicles, identifying and repairing technical issues, and ensuring quality work is completed on time.

Job Description: Key responsibilities include:

• General vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Identifying and repairing technical problems
• Completing all work according to Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
• Road testing vehicles
• Ensuring high-quality work meets customer needs

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• Experience working with the Ford brand (preferable)
• A current driver's license
• Qualification as a technician
• Passion for the automotive industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
