Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Specialist to lead the design, setup, and deployment of integrations with ISV and enterprise partners. As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between our product capabilities and partner requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical discovery sessions to identify partner needs and design tailored integration solutions.
  • Managing the full technical lifecycle, designing scalable integration strategies, and supporting QA certification.
  • Acting as the primary technical contact for ISV and enterprise partners, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Development, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless integration experiences.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, including solution designs, Statements of Work, and process flows.
  • Guiding partners through testing and certification processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies to deliver innovative and future-ready solutions.

  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in APIs, data formats, and integration protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
